1 can cream of mushroom soup 1/2 can milk 1 to 1 1/2 c. diced (or ground), cooked beef 1/4 c. chopped onion 1 c. shredded cheddar cheese 2 c. cooked macaroni or spaghetti 2 tbsp. buttered bread crumbs Mix soup, milk, beef, onion, 1/2 cup cheese and macaroni together. Put in a 1 1/2 quart buttered casserole and sprinkle remaining cheese and crumbs on top. Bake in a hot oven 20 minutes or until browned and bubbling. |
