CRAB QUICHE 
3 eggs, slightly beaten
1 c. sour cream
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
3/4 tsp. salt
1 c. grated Swiss cheese
7-8 oz. crab, shredded or flaked
1 can onion rings (3 1/2 oz.)
1 (9") pastry shell

Combine all ingredients and pour into pastry shell. Bake 55 or 60 minutes at 325 degrees.
