CRANBERRY RELISH 
2 (1 lb.) pkgs. cranberries
1 1/2 c. water
2 c. sugar
3 oranges, diced
2 apples, diced
1 lg. can crushed pineapple, drained
Coarsely chopped walnuts

Wash one package cranberries; grind and set aside. Wash one package cranberries and put in saucepan; add 1 1/2 cups water. Boil 5 minutes or until skins pop. Stir in sugar and fruits. Last, add the ground cranberries and walnuts.

Makes 5 cups of relish. Store in tightly covered containers in refrigerator or freezer. Will keep several weeks in refrigerator.
