CHEESE STRAWS 
2 sticks butter
1 tsp. Lea & Perrins
1 lb. black rind cheese (extra sharp Cheddar)
3 1/2 c. sifted flour
1 1/2 tbsp. paprika
10 drops Tabasco hot sauce
juice of 1/2 lemon
1 tbsp. red pepper
1 tsp. salt

Cream together butter, hot sauce, Lea & Perrins and lemon juice. Grate cheese and let come to room temperature. Then add it to butter mixture. Mix dry ingredients and add to cheese mixture.

Bake at 325°F for 20 to 25 minutes.
