BLENDER SEAFOOD SOUFFLE 
Butter
6 1/2 to 7 3/4 oz. drained salmon, crabmeat or tuna
Grated Parmesan cheese
4 oz. cubed sharp Cheddar cheese
3 oz. cubed cream cheese
1/2 tsp. instant minced onion
1/2 tsp. dried dill weed
1/4 c. milk
1/2 tsp. lemon juice
1/4 c. grated Parmesan

Butter bottom and sides of 1 quart souffle dish or casserole. Dust with Parmesan cheese and set aside.

Blend at medium speed remaining ingredients until smooth, about 30 seconds. P our carefully into prepared dish. Bake at 350 degree oven for 40 minutes or until puffy and delicate brown. Center may be creamy - spoon over servings. Serve immediately.

Tossed salad may be served first a few minutes before souffle is ready to serve.
