BLACK WALNUT POUND CAKE 
1 lb. powdered sugar
1 stick butter
1 c. shortening
4 eggs

Beat until fluffy. Sift 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour and 1 1/2 cups cake flour. Add: 1/2 tsp. salt 1 c. milk 1 tsp. milk 1 tsp. vanilla 1 c. crushed black walnuts

Mix well. Bake in bundt pan at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Cool and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
