1 box Butter Pecan cake mix
1 stick butter, melted
1 egg

Mix above ingredients well and pat into a 9 x 13 inch pan.

Topping:

1 lb. box powdered sugar
1 stick butter, melted
8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
2 eggs
1/2 c. pecans, chopped

Mix above ingredients well, pour over cake mix in pan. Sprinkle with pecans.

Bake at 300°F for 55 minutes. Cool and cut into squares.
