SLOPPY JOE TURNOVERS | |
1 lb. ground beef 1/4 c. chopped onion 1/2 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. garlic powder 1/2 c. catsup 1/4 c. dairy sour cream 10 oz. can Hungry Jack refrigerated flaky biscuits Heat oven to 375 degrees. In large skillet, brown ground beef and onion; drain. Add salt, garlic powder, catsup and sour cream; mix well. Separate dough into 10 biscuits. On ungreased cookie sheet, press or roll each biscuit to a 4 x 4 inch square. Place approximately 1/4 cup meat mixture on center of square. Fold over corner of square to form a triangle; seal edges with fork. Cut three 1/2 inch slits on top. Bake at 375 degrees for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown. Brush with melted butter, if desired. Makes 10 sandwiches. |
