TWICE BAKED POTATOES | |
6 lg. potatoes 1 tsp. pepper 1/4 lb. butter 8 oz. sour cream Paprika Bake potatoes until tender. Cut in half. Scoop out the potatoes, beat with mixer. Add all ingredients except paprika. Scoop into peelings. Reheat in 400 degree oven for 20 minutes. Can be frozen. Can put a pat of butter on each (browns nicely) or cheese grated. |
