SPAGHETTI WITH FOUR CHEESES | |
1/2 c. butter 2/3 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese 2/3 c. grated Gouda or Edam cheese 2/3 c. grated Swiss cheese 2/3 c. grated Parmesan cheese 1 lb. spaghetti Salt & pepper Melt butter in top of double boiler. Have cheeses ready. Cook spaghetti to taste in boiling salted water. Drain well and turn into a chafing dish or electric skillet turned to low. Add Mozzarella and Gouda cheeses and toss well. Then add half of butter and the Swiss cheese. Give it a thorough mixing and add fresh ground pepper. Finally, add remaining butter and the Parmesan cheese. Toss again and serve very hot. 4 servings. |
