1/3 c. butter or 1/2 c. oil
2 eggs
1 3/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. buttermilk
2 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. chopped nuts
4 tbsp. cocoa
1/2 tsp. baking powder
2 c. shredded zucchini

Cream together butter or oil, eggs, sugar and buttermilk. Add the rest of the ingredients and mix together well. Grease a large cake pan and pour in mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 40-50 minutes.
