2 c. sugar
2 tbsp. vinegar
3/4 c. hot water
1 tbsp. cornstarch

Boil all together about 15 to 20 minutes or until small ball of mixture pops when dropped in cold water. Pour into a shallow dish and when it is comfortable to handle, pull until clear. Cut in strips.
