GRANDMA GARDNER'S CHILI SAUCE 
30 ripe tomatoes
10 onions
12 apples
1 qt. vinegar
1 qt. sugar
4 tbsp. salt
6 tbsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. ginger
1/2 tsp. allspice
1/2 tsp. cloves

Combine ingredients and cook until thick, about 2-3 hours. Fill hot jars and process in boiling water bath for 10-15 minutes.
