POTATO SOUP 
1 bag hash browns, Southern style
1 small onion
4 tbsp. butter
1 can cream of celery soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can evaporated milk
salt and pepper to taste
milk to desired consistency

Cook butter and onion in large pot until tender. Add soups, milks, salt, pepper and hash browns. Cook on medium-low until hot, stirring frequently.
