PUMPKIN BREAD 
3 1/3 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 c. oil (can be reduced to 3/4 c. oil)
4 eggs
2/3 c. water
2 c. pumpkin pie filling
2 c. sugar (can be reduced to 1 1/2 c.)

Combine dry ingredients and set aside. In large bowl mix oil and eggs; add water, pumpkin and sugar. Add dry ingredients. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour in 9"x5" bread pan. Two smaller pans or 4 small foil pans may be used. Adjust baking time accordingly, if necessary.
