FOUR DAY COCONUT CAKE | |
1 box Duncan Hines white cake mix, baked and split with dental floss into 4 layers 2 c. sugar 2 (12 oz.) pkg. frozen coconut 2 c. sour cream Mix sour cream, sugar, and coconut, and refrigerate overnight. Ice cake with this mixture (all four layers, top and sides). Loosely cover and refrigerate cake for 4 days. |
