STRAWBERRY PUDDING CAKE 
1 box cake mix such as yellow, pineapple or lemon
4 lb. frozen whole strawberries
1 lg. pkg. chopped walnuts
1 (8 oz.) pkg. coconut
1 lg. container Cool Whip
1 recipe pudding (follows)

Bake cake according to directions in a disposable aluminum roasting pan about 15 x 12 x 2 1/2 inches. Be careful not to over cook. Cool. Layer on strawberries (still frozen), coconut, walnuts, pudding and Cool Whip. Keep refrigerated.

PUDDING:

1 1/2 c. sugar
3 tbsp. flour
2 eggs
1 3/4 c. milk
Dash of salt
2 tsp. vanilla
