SAUCE FOR CONEY ISLAND 
1 med. onion (8-10 oz.)
1 lb. ground beef
2 tbsp. prepared mustard
1 tbsp. vinegar
1 tsp. sugar
1/2 c. water
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
6-8 hot dogs (1 1/2 c. finely chopped)

Saute onion and ground beef until beef is browned. Stir in other ingredients and cover. Simmer for 20 minutes. Spoon over hot dogs.
