1 lb. Oreo cookies, ground up in blender
2 sm. boxes instant vanilla pudding
3 c. milk
1 (8 oz.) bar cream cheese
1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip

Line bottom of 9x13 pan with 1/2 Oreo crumbs. Mix pudding and milk with mixer. Separately mix the cream cheese and Cool Whip. Take pudding and Cool Whip and mix together. Pour over crumbs in pan. Pour remaining crumbs over top and refrigerate overnight. For best results prepare 24 hours ahead.
