NEW JERSEY SLOPPY JOES 
1/2 c. bottled Thousand Island or Russian dressing
12 slices soft style rye bread
16 thin slices (about 12 oz.) cooked turkey breast
8 thin slices (about 4 oz.) Swiss cheese
1 lb. deli cole slaw (about 2 c.)
16 long toothpicks

Spread dressing evenly over one side of each bread slice. Top 4 slices with 2 slices turkey, 1 slice cheese and 1/4 cup cole slaw. Cover with 4 slices bread, dressing side up, and repeat layers. Cover with remaining bread. Hold each sandwich together with 4 toothpicks, then cut each one into quarters.

Makes 4 servings.
