SALMON CAKES 
1 (16 oz.) can salmon, drained & flaked
1/4 c. dry bread crumbs
1/4 c. green pepper, diced (optional)
1 tsp. lemon & pepper
Seasoning salt
2 tsp. instant minced onion
1/4 c. mayonnaise

Combine and shape into patties (4 to 6) and roll in additional bread crumbs. Pan fry in oil until done.
