THE BASS FAMILY LASAGNE | |
2 lbs. ground beef 2 lg. cans peeled tomatoes 1 lg. onion, chopped 3 cloves garlic 2 sm. cans mushrooms 1 tbsp. Italian seasoning 1 tsp. garlic powder (opt.) 1/2 tbsp. basil (opt.) 1 can tomato paste 16 oz. ricotta cheese mixed with 1 egg Lasagne noodles, cooked Brown meat, drain. Combine all ingredients and let simmer 2 hours (the longer the better). Layer pasta, sauce and cheese. Repeat layers. Cover, bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. |
