SOUR CREAM POTATO SALAD 
8 medium potatoes-boil and peel Peel and slice in rounds 3/8-1/2 inch thick.

ix:

1 1/2 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing
1 c. sour cream
1/2 tsp. horseradish
1 tsp. celery seed
1/2 tsp. salt

ix and combine:

1 c. fresh parsley
2 medium onions, chopped

Make layer of potato, next mayonnaise mixture, next parsley mixture. Repeat layers with parsley mixture on top. Let refrigerate at least 8 hours before serving.
