SOUR CREAM-POTATO SALAD 
6 c. cooked diced potatoes
1/4 c. melted butter
1 bunch green onions
4 hard-cooked eggs, separated
1 c. chopped celery
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 c. sour cream
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 tbsp. prepared mustard
2 tbsp. sugar

Toss potatoes lightly in butter. Chop onions and tops; reserve small amount of tops. Add onions to potatoes. Chop egg whites; add to potato mixture. Add celery, salt and pepper; toss lightly. Mash egg yolks; add to potatoes. Add sour cream, mayonnaise, mustard and sugar. Mix well. Pour over potato mixture; toss. Garnish with reserved onion tops.
