SCALLOPED CORN WITH SAUSAGE 
1 lb. ground sausage
2 c. herbed poultry stuffing mix
2 (16 oz.) cans cream style corn
1 tbsp. onion flakes
2 tbsp. dried parsley flakes
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/8 tsp. pepper

Brown sausage, lightly in large skillet, breaking up meat until uniformly crumbly. Continue cooking until no pink shows. Put all but 1/2 cup of sausage into buttered 2 quart baking dish. Stir 1 cup stuffing mix into sausage remaining in skillet, reserve. Combine corn, onion, parsley flakes, nutmeg, pepper and remaining 1 cup of stuffing mix. Spoon on 1st mixture. Bake 35 minutes at 375 degrees.
