CHEESE COFFEE CAKE 
2 pkgs. crescent dinner rolls
2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese, softened
3/4 c. sugar
1 egg, separated
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 c. chopped nuts

Line bottom of 9"x13" pan with 1 package of crescent rolls. Cream thoroughly cheese, sugar, egg yolk, vanilla and lemon juice. Spread on top of rolls in pan. Spread other package of crescent rolls on top of cheese mixture. Whip egg white and spread on top, then sprinkle with nuts. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes. Cool, sprinkle with powdered sugar.
