CHEESECAKE 
CRUST:

20 graham crackers
1/2 c. melted butter

Mix graham cracker crumbs and butter; press into 9-inch pan.

FILLING:

12 oz. cream cheese
2 eggs
3/4 c. sugar or honey
2 tsp. vanilla

Beat filling ingredients together until smooth. Pour into crust. Bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes. Mix topping ingredients and spread on filling.

TOPPING:

1 c. sour cream
3 1/2 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Bake 10 more minutes. Cool and chill, preferably 8 hours.
