BANANA CREAM PIE 
1 (9") pie shell, baked
1/2 c. sugar
2 med. bananas
4 tbsp. flour
1 egg
1 c. milk
1 c. cream
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix sugar, bananas, flour and egg into a paste. Bring milk and cream to a boil. Stir in paste and cook until thick, stirring constantly over low heat or put in a double boiler. Add vanilla last.
