1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. water
Salt to taste
3 slices bread, torn into sm. pieces
1/2 c. milk
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 egg, slightly beaten
1/4 c. chopped onion

Combine all ingredients. Mix by hand. Form 1-inch balls. Bake in 9x13 inch dish at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.

Make sauce while meat balls are baking.

SAUCE:

1 1/2 c. ketchup
1 tbsp. vinegar
1/4 tsp. allspice
1 tsp. dry mustard
1/3 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. chopped onion

Mix together. Drain grease from meatballs. Pour sauce over meatballs. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Baste occasionally.
