SOUTHERN HOT WATER CORNBREAD 
1/2 c. yellow cornmeal
2 tbsp. flour
1/4 tsp. baking powder
Boiling water
Cooking oil

Combine cornmeal, flour, and baking powder. Add enough boiling water so you can mix well and shape into three small pones. Fry in deep hot cooking oil until golden brown. Makes 3 servings. Serve with greens.
