3 c. sliced, unpared zucchini
1 c. Bisquick
1/2 c. finely chopped onion
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
2 tbsp. snipped parsley
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
1/2 tsp. oregano
Dash of pepper
Garlic powder to taste
1/2 c. vegetable oil
4 eggs, slightly beaten

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease 13 x 9 x 2 inch pan. Mix all ingredients and spread in pan. Bake 30 to 35 minutes until golden brown. Cut into 2 x 2 inch pieces. Makes 3 dozen.
