BREAKFAST CASSEROLE 
1 can croissants
1 small pkg. sausage, browned
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
8 to 10 eggs, beaten

Spray 9 x 13 pan with nonstick spray. Lay croissants flat in pan. Sprinkle browned sausage on top. Next, sprinkle cheese. Then pour eggs on top of cheese.

Bake at 350°F for 40 minutes.
