SOFT OATMEAL COOKIES | |
1 c. Puritan canola oil 1 c. brown sugar 1 c. white sugar 2 eggs 2 3/4 c. flour 1 tsp. baking soda 1 tsp. baking powder 1 tsp. salt 1 tsp. cinnamon 1 c. sour cream 3 c. oatmeal 1 1/2 c. raisins 1 c. nuts (optional) Blend or mix all ingredients except raisins, oatmeal, and nuts. Batter will be soft and smooth. Stir in oatmeal, raisins and nuts. Spoon onto greased cookie sheet. Cookies will be plump so use desired measuring spoon. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes. Yields approximately 6 dozen. |
