TOASTED PITA 
Pita bread
Butter, melted
Garlic salt
Parmesan cheese

Cut pita and separate into two rounds. Cut in wedges or strips. Place, smooth side down, on a baking sheet. Spread with a thin layer of butter. Sprinkle with garlic salt and Parmesan cheese. Broil 5" from heat for 1 to 2 minutes until lightly browned.
