LEMON CAKE 
Duncan Hines lemon cake mix
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. vegetable oil
4 eggs
1 c. apricot nectar
1/3 c. fresh lemon juice
2 c. sifted confectioners' sugar

Beat first five ingredients and pour into greased and floured tube pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 to 60 minutes. Remove from pan and put on plate. While cake is warm (not hot), punch cake with ice pick or knitting needle (lots of holes). Mix the lemon juice and confectioners' sugar together. Slowly pour the lemon juice-sugar mixture over the whole cake.
