OVERNIGHT YEAST DOUGH 
1 c. Crisco shortening
1/2 c. sugar
2 pkgs. dry yeast
2 eggs
6 c. self-rising flour
2 c. water

Boil one cup of water, mix with Crisco and sugar until mostly melted. Add 1 cup of cold water. Stir yeast into mixture until well dissolved and add eggs. Combine flour with liquid mixture until a smooth consistency. Cover and set in the refrigerator overnight. The next day, the dough is ready to be shaped and baked at 400 degrees. Suggestions for the dough are loaf bread, rolls, cinnamon rolls, or pizza dough.
