REFRIGERATOR YEAST DOUGH | |
3 3/4 to 4 1/4 c. all-purpose flour 1/4 c. sugar 1 tsp. salt 2 pkgs. active dry yeast 1 c. milk 1/4 c. water 1/2 c. butter 2 eggs, slightly beaten Lightly spoon flour into measuring cup; level off. In large bowl, combine 1 1/2 cups flour, sugar, salt and yeast; blend well. In small saucepan, heat milk, water and butter until very warm (120 to 130 degrees F.). Add warm liquid and eggs to flour mixture. Blend at low speed until moistened; beat 3 minutes at medium speed. Stir in 2 1/4 to 2 1/2 cups flour to make a stiff dough. Cover lightly; refrigerate overnight. Shape into cinnamon rolls or any kind of coffee cakes or kolaches. |
