APPLE WALNUT GELATIN 
1/4 c. unsweetened chilled apple juice
1 pkg. unflavored gelatin
1 3/4 c. unsweetened apple juice

FILLING:

1/2 c. chopped walnuts
1/2 c. chopped apple

Pour chilled apple juice in a small bowl and sprinkle over it the unflavored gelatin. Mix and allow to set 2-3 minutes to softened. Heat rest of apple juice to a boil. Mix together gelatin mixture and boiling apple juice, cool and refrigerate.

When mixture reaches the consistency of unbeaten egg whites, stir in apple and walnuts. Return to refrigerator and chill. Serve with a garnish of whip cream.
