SUNNY BANANA PIE 
1 (9 or 10 inch) graham cracker crust
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
2 c. cold milk
2 bananas
1 (3 1/4 oz.) pkg. instant pudding mix (French vanilla)
Toasted coconut

Slice bananas (thick) onto crust. Gradually add 1/2 cup milk to softened cream cheese, mixing until well blended. Add pudding mix and remaining milk. Beat slowly 1 minute. Pour into crust; chill. Garnish with coconut (toasted on cookie sheet under broiler; needs watching). Serves 8.

NOTE: You can substitute 2% for whole milk and you can use sugar-free pudding mix.
