COUNTRY MARINATED RIBS 
3 lbs. country ribs
1 lg. onion

Cut ribs into easy to handle pieces. Place in 1 or 2 (13 x 9 x 2 inch) pans. Ribs should lay as flat as possible. Place sliced onion over top of meat. Mix thoroughly ingredients for marinade and pour over meat (use a blender). 1 tsp. dry mustard 1/2 c. brown sugar 2 tsp. vinegar 1 tsp. salt 1 tsp. paprika 1/4 tsp. pepper 1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce

Marinate overnight (you can use a roasting pan - no aluminum). Bake at 350 degrees for 2 hours in roaster with lid.
