SPICY MEATBALLS 
1 lb. chopped meat
3/4 c. bread crumbs
1/2 tsp. horseradish
6 drops Tabasco
2 eggs, beaten
3/4 c. ketchup
1/2 c. water
1/4 c. cider vinegar
2 tbsp. brown sugar
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

Meatballs: Combine chopped meat, bread crumbs, horseradish, 3 drops of Tabasco and 2 beaten eggs. Shape small balls (approximately 1 inch). Brown and drain fat.

Sauce: Combine ketchup, water, cider vinegar, brown sugar, 3 drops of Tabasco and Worcestershire sauce.

Simmer meatballs in sauce for about 1 hour. Makes 50 meatballs.
