SPICY MEATBALLS | |
1 lb. ground beef 1 egg 1 (10 oz.) jar peach preserves 1 c. fresh bread crumbs 1/2 tsp. salt 1 to 2 c. barbecue sauce Dash of Worcestershire sauce Combine meat, bread crumbs, egg and salt. Mix lightly. Shape into small meatballs and brown in a little butter and drain. Combine peach preserves and barbecue sauce and pour over meatballs. Simmer 20 minutes, stir occasionally. |
