BEEF AND VEGETABLE STIR FRY 
1 (1 lb.) blank steak, cut into 3/8" strips
1 tsp. minced ginger root
2 tbsp. sesame or vegetable oil
1 1/2 c. broccoli flowers
1 c. julienne zucchini (thin strips)
1 c. sliced fresh mushrooms
1/2 c. red or green bell pepper, chunks
1 (12 oz.) jar Heinz Homestyle brown with onion gravy
2 tbsp. soy sauce
Dash pepper
Hot cooked rice

In preheated wok or large skillet, stir fry steak and ginger root in oil, remove from pan, stir fry peppers, broccoli, zucchini and mushrooms 2 to 3 minutes or until tender-crisp, adding more oil if necessary. Stir in gravy, soy sauce and pepper to taste. Return steak and ginger root to skillet, heat and serve over rice.
