TOMATO PIE 
Double crust for 9 inch pie
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 tbsp. tapioca
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
3 tsp. butter (chunks)
1/2 - 3/4 c. raisins
2-3 c. sliced green tomatoes (must be solid green)

Mix all ingredients and put in an unbaked pastry shell. Top with crust. Bake at 425 degrees for 15 minutes and at 325 degrees for 45 minutes. Tastes like mincemeat.
