BANANA BREAD 
2 c. all purpose flour
1/2 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking powder
3/4 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. mashed banana (about 3 med.)
1/4 c. vegetable oil
4 egg whites

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Oil an 8 1/2 x 4 1/2 x 2 1/2 inch loaf pan lightly. Combine flour, sugar, baking powder, soda and salt in medium bowl. Add banana, milk, oil and egg whites. Beat at medium speed of electric mixer until well blended.

Spread batter in pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes or until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool in pan for 10 minutes. Remove from pan. Cool completely before slicing.
