LEMON - GARLIC ZUCCHINI 
4 med. zucchini, diagonally sliced
1 clove garlic, crushed
2 tbsp. lemon juice
2 tbsp. olive oil
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

Combine all ingredients in a skillet. Cook over low heat 5-7 minutes or until zucchini is tender, stirring frequently. Yield: 4 servings.
