CHOCOLATE WONDER FROSTING 
2 pkgs. (3 oz.) cream cheese
1/4 c. milk
4 c. (1 lb.) powdered sugar
4 sq. (1 oz. each) unsweetened chocolate, melted
Dash of salt

Blend cream cheese and milk. Add sugar, 1 cup at a time, beating until smooth after each addition. Add melted chocolate and salt; beat until smooth. Add milk if necessary to bring to spreading consistency. May be kept in refrigerator for several days if tightly covered.
