EL DORADO 
1 lg. bag corn chips
1 lb. ground beef
2 tbsp. chopped onion
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
2 sm. cans tomato sauce
1 c. cottage cheese
1 c. sour cream
8 oz. shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1 c. sliced black olives
1 c. Ortega green chilies

Brown beef with onion. Add garlic salt and tomato sauce. Mix together cottage cheese, sour cream, olives and chilies. Place layer of chips in oiled casserole. Add layer of meat mixture, then layer of cheese mixture and sprinkle with shredded cheddar cheese. Repeat layers, ending with shredded cheese. Crush some chips and sprinkle over top. Bake at 350 degrees for about 40 minutes.
