2 to 4 chicken breasts
2 tsp. Cajun-Creole seasoning
1 tbsp. butter
1/3 c. maple syrup
2 tbsp. brown sugar

Place chicken in pan and sprinkle each with 1/2 teaspoon seasoning. Bring butter, syrup and brown sugar to a boil in a small saucepan. Pour over chicken. Bake in 350 degree oven for 30 minutes.
