MANDARIN CHICKEN BREAST 
4 chicken breast halves
Pam
2 tsp. oil
1 can mandarin oranges, undrained
2 tbsp. brown sugar
1 tsp. mustard
3 tbsp. catsup
1 tbsp. pepper
1 tsp. cornstarch
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. cloves

Put Pam in large skillet; add oil, put over medium heat. Add chicken and cook 3 minutes on each side. Drain oranges, save juice. Combine juice and last seven ingredients. Stir well and pour over chicken in skillet. Cover and simmer 30 minutes. Add oranges and simmer 5 minutes more until chicken is tender. Transfer to dish. Serves 4.
